How the first year works
A simple two-stage plan.
The initial fee covers evaluation and prescription support for the first three months. After that, pay only when a check-in, medication adjustment, or refill is needed.
- Initial telehealth evaluationIncludes a physician assessment and, when medically appropriate, an initial prescription covering up to three months. Clinically appropriate prescription changes during those first three months are included.$149
- Care after the first three monthsEach check-in includes a medication adjustment or refill when medically appropriate. Prescriptions may include refills covering up to one year; any later adjustment requires another check-in.$99
Prescription decisions depend on medical appropriateness. Medication, pharmacy, laboratory, and insurance costs are separate from Maison Medical’s physician fees. The length and number of refills prescribed may vary based on clinical needs and applicable requirements.
Medication payment & insurance
Patients should expect to pay the pharmacy directly for medication. Maison Medical does not submit medication prior authorizations or insurance appeals as part of this service. Insurance coverage, pharmacy pricing, medication availability, and eligibility for any manufacturer savings program vary and cannot be guaranteed.
