The $349 house-call fee includes the evaluation and selected bedside services when clinically indicated. Add-on fees are reserved for care that requires additional supplies or physician time.

All services depend on clinical appropriateness and availability. Any medication-specific cost or outside laboratory fee will be explained before it is incurred. Complex wounds and other higher-risk concerns may require care in an emergency department or another facility.

What is a superbill?
A superbill is a detailed receipt for medical care. It contains the information an insurance company may need to consider an out-of-network reimbursement claim, including the provider, services, relevant medical codes, date of care, and amount paid.

- Medicare limitationMaison Medical does not currently accept Medicare-eligible patients.
- Travel outside the core areaA $99 travel fee may apply beyond approximately 30 minutes from ZIP code 10960, when a visit is available.
